Work Description
As Structural Analysis Engineer, you will participate in the design work related to global and local strenght of the structure. This typically comprises:- Execution of stress analysis using CAE tools
- To perform design load analysis with reference to e.g. wave induced loads.
- To ensure that the stipulated requirements are followed throughout the design process. This means for instance that standards, rules and regulations must be met.
- Responsibility for the implementation of the analysis results, in the construction drawings/ instructions.
Qualifications
You have a MSc in Naval Architecture/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or similar and you have at least 2 years experience from structural analysis. Candidates with a background in the offshore/marine field are preferred. You have experience from FE analysis and various simulation programs. Good knowledge in the English language is required.
